trying to erase and reset my 5 and iTunes won't accept my password. Password works fine on my new 6S though.
I bought a new iPhone 6S. I want to erase and reset my old 5 but iTunes will not accept my password on the old phone. Not sure what to do.
Which password? Your iCloud password or your screen lock passcode?
