Apps Not Automatically Updating In iOS 9.0.2

Since iOS 9.0.2, only some apps are not automatically updating. Some do. When I go to view them, I have the option to update them myself, but I shouldn't have to. At times, there will be others that pop up when I go to view the updates, and they update just fine automatically, but some apps will just sit there until I trigger the update manually.
