Please help - new iPhone 6s setup - gets to find my phone screen then won't let me choose an option and no way to skip. Tried starting again and still wont work. What do I need to do?

Is it asking for the password to your Find my iPhone (iCloud) account, or is it asking you to set one up? If it is asking for the iCloud password you will have to enter it to override Activation Lock. If the phone was previously owned by someone else you will need their cooperation.

it's a brand new iPhone and I've followed the steps to this page using my iCloud log in, it let me log in but the next page is find my phone - when I click either activate option or do not set up at this time option it doesn't do anything. I have managed to reset the phone and log in without iCloud activated but now it won't let me set up iCloud - anoying!
You need an Internet connection to set up iCloud, either cellular data or WiFi. As it's new take it to an Apple store for help. Make an appointment first.
