Unable to save any photos after newest update

2 days ago I did the newest ios update on my phone. Since then I am unable to save any photos. I cannot save a screen shot, save a photo sent through imessage, or even take a photo with my camera. I can take the photo but when I go to my camera roll, the photos aren't there. My camera roll just says "restoring" at the bottom. Considering I use my phone as my main camera this is very frustrating! Any ideas on how to fix this?
