Selectively disable iCloud keychain syncing for WiFi passwords?

I want to selectively disable iCloud keychain for syncing WiFi passwords. This would come in handy for using different networks for my phone and laptop, especially in the case of guest networks that block certain ports and for personal Hotspots. Please advise.
