Hi
I forgot my password, now my 4s is disabled.. It says to connect to iTunes. I've done that but nothing happens.. How can I access the phone without losing any pics, messages, etc....

If you forgot the password you must reset it and set it up as new. You will lose all content on the phone. Once setting it up again you can restore your content from your most recent iTunes or iCloud backup.
