Wifi not working iOS 9.02 update

JJust upgraded to iOS 9.02. Connected to wifi network but internet not working either safari or other apps. When wifi turned off it all works fine on 4g, literally just not working on wifi. Have factory reset the phone, reset network settings with no benefit. This update is hopeless.
