I can't reset my apple ID security questions because my email does not show up

I can't reset my apple ID security questions because my email does not show up. I tried adding another one of my email addresses but it will only allow me to send it to an email address I do not have access to. I can not purchase anything on my iTunes because of this. Please help me.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.0.1

The email address that shows and is used for resetting security questions will be the rescue email address that you put on your account, the extra address that you've added will be an alternate email address which is not used for resetting the questions.


When you've contacted Support and had the questions reset you can then update your rescue email address for potential future use via the Password & Security section of your account on http://appleid.apple.com : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
