iPhone 6s lock screen lag

Hi everyone,

I have two iPhone 6s 128GB, one of it is fine, touch ID sensor and all works just fine.

While the other one will sometimes have a delay of a second after it reads the touch ID before the home screen appears.

In that one second delay, the lock screen appears frozen, colors inverted.

Does not happen too often, one out of ten times but the other 6s works just fine all the time.

I did reset all settings, hard reset and all... still the same.

Anyone else have this issue? On iOS 9.0.1 now.
