Hello, in the my new iPhone 6. I can able to see the self Declaration. I just want know is this any specific reason or its just salutatory message.

Hello, I got the answer for statement. Government of India brought the declaration policy with Dept. Elec. I.T made mandatory for goods import and standard protocols to verifying origin place of product and category. Also for product category.
