Can you sync iOS and android to transfer both ways?

I have a lot of music stored on my IPad Air that is both purchased from iTunes and downloaded from my old computer. My computer is now broken and I would like to transfer any music if possible to my android cell phone... Is there currently a way to transfer from iOS to android devices. I know android can now transfer even manually to iOS, but can the process be reversed? Thank you for your consideration to this question.

You could try the SHAREit App available from the Apple App Store and from Android as well. You can certainly use that for documents and the like. The part that I do not know about is transferring music with music rights, that may not be possible. Others would have to address that for you but try SHAREit, nothing to lose in doing so.
