iMovie ICloud Drive Problem

I am using El Capitan on an iMac. iMovie Theatre tells me to "connect to iCloud Drive". I have checked and reset iCloud Drive for iMovie in System Preferences and I still have no access to iMovie Theatre on my iMac. {i have lots of movies there I can see on my iOS devices].

Help!
