display is too small in retina display. Changing size of text, app from display setting won't help.

I see there is lot of user who have this issue and its not been fixed yet. I have windows 10 installed on 2015, 15 inches mac book pro (Booth camp).

Now problem is text, app every thing appears too small. yes I went to display setting and increase the font, apps size to 200 %, this fixes part of problem but does not fix them all. yes it fixes display on desktop, and start menu, but there is still problem when I open certain software, when I open some software, contains in it is still too small (unreadable).
