iPad Mini reboots and freeze after upgrade to 9.0.2

After upgrading my iPad Mini to iOS 9.0.2, it started to reboot and freeze. I'm trying to find out if this is a problem with my iPad or the iOS upgrade.

Currently, I'm trying to restore an old backup. If that does not work, I will completely reset the device and reinstall software one by one to see if there is any issue there.

Thanks a lot for any hints about this issue.
