Can't unlock the screen after updating to iOS 9.0.2

After updating to iOS 9.0.2 in my iPhone 5, most of the times, I couldn't unlock the screen or even attend a call because of black screen error. No display is seen in the screen for 2-3 minutes. After keeping the phone idle for 2-3 minutes, I can unlock the screen.

Please help me......
