Save Settings, Permission Denied

I have a program called Earth Tweaker supplied by Google to customize the output of Google Earth Pro. When I try to save my settings, I get a window that says "The settings could not be saved. Mac OS X reported the following error: Permission denied."

I talked with Google and they said it has to be in my OS since nothing in the program is requesting permission. I have verified the App operates OK on other Macs. I have checked Get Info on both programs and they appear correct ... admins and me have read & write exactly like the other Macs that Save the Settings correctly.

I switched over to this iMac from a MacBookPro a couple of months ago and migrated everything ... including the OS ... via Time Machine.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

iMac with Retina 5K display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), null
