I am hard restarting my mac book pro 13" late 2010 and in order to install Yosemite version 10. 10 it asks me for my Apple ID I give it and it always says and I quote 'This item is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.' please help 😟

Are you trying to fresh install from Recovery mode? Try this How to reinstall OS X on your Mac - Apple Support If you are trying to download Yosemite from the app store it is no longer available. You can download OS X El Capitan instead. Hope this helps.
Unless you have had Yosemite installed in your MBP earlier (it should be in the App Store account) or a Yosemite installer, it is not available. Install El Capitan instead.
