My iphone is battery very quickly empty and the iphone crashes very often ... What are you doing about it?
I have the support already called but the say the battery would be functional to 100 percent .Should I get the iPhone restore from iTunes ?

No one on this site works for Apple we are all just users & try to help with software problems.
Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down
Until yo see Apple Logo .
It may take 30 seconds .
Turn off things you are not using like Bluetooth .
