facetime MBP to iphone NEVER WORKS!

as the title says -

a have tested this daily using cable connections with 35 meg download and 1.5 meg upload on both ends

tested from different macs,

tested from different COUNTRIES
and facetime ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS.

*** are apple doing !
