Four amounts were taken in September totalling £59 but i didn't buy anything. I have checked the kids tablets and phones history and they haven't brought anything either. What should i do????
You've checked all of the account's purchase history that the card is linked to : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If nothing shows on any of them then contact your card issuer.
If they do show on one or more of them (and you nor children did the purchases ; if they did then purchases are considered final) then contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ (and change the account's password)
