i am now using windows 10 and my itunes will not recognize my iphone or ipad
I recently upgraded to windows 10
when I connect my iPhone or ipad, it does not recognize it

I followed all the recommendations - my iOS is up to date, cable is ok. went to the apple store and they said my phone was recognized on their apple computer so it is a windows problem and they can't help
