6 Plus Touch Screen Not Working and Now Slow ETC

I have all of the IOS 9 upgrades. I didnt have any issues until now. My touch screen just stopped working, after a phone call, and a hard reset was not able to be completed since I couldn't use my touch screen. This went on for 3 hrs so I just plugged my phone in and went to bed. It's morning, I'm able to use it now, however, it is extremely slow AND I just had a call come into my phone from my phone, that I'm writing this on.

Something is definitly wrong with my phone. It's not doing what it has always done, while I'm writing this.

I do not have a landline in my home in case of emergency since my iphone, up to this point, has been extremely reliable. I'm very disappointe!

Please Help!!!!
