extensions for photo

How do I add extensions to photo. A document that I find tell she to go to the system extensions and click on photo, but there is no photo entry there and no way to add one.thanks

You need tp purchase an app that supports Extensions for Photos. On the Mac App Store there are four such at the moment.

You need to purchase an app from the App Store that included extensions so that it can be used with Photos. Currently there are 6 apps that offer extensions to work with Photos at the App store:

Intensify

BeFunky Express

Tonality

Noiseless

Snapheal

Affinity Photo.

Affinity Photo.

Just an add-on: The Affinity Retouching extension had not been installed by Affinity Photo on my Mac, but by installing Affinity Photo Beta. Has the Beta period ended, OT? I am not seeing an update in the App Store.
