I see from your post and photo that the entire iPad's screen has a pink hue to it. To help troubleshoot this issue I suggest following through the steps outlined below.
- Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Oct 15, 2015 7:10 AM in response to Megzie666by jbhnrh,Sorry to say, but that looks to be a onboard graphics failure. I have had many iPad 2's in the past with this issue. If as the previous post above suggest a restore does not work I would say its a hardware failure. If Applecare + was not purchased, Apple normally would charge about $250 for repair.
