iPhone 6 not working touch screen

Hello,

my boss called me that the phone did not work anymore. In particular, the touch screen is not responding to commands.
I tried to reset it, restore, upgrade from 9.0.1 to 9.0.2, but nothing has changed.
The problem is still there, I had to call Apple for replacement!

Some happened the same problem?
