After installing update iOS 9.0.1 my contacts are blocked

I've installed iOS 9.0.1 on my iPhone 5. After that my contacts were blocked. I've reset phone, and problem has been solved for 2-3 days, but now I have the same problem. Trying to solve problem I have installed iOS 9.0.2, but problem still exist.
