iPhone 6 frozen on I tunes symbol with lead.reset tried in O2 store but not worked.

Plugged in to update to ios9. Started but then stopped half way through saying error and could not update, then froze with the iTunes symbol showing and won't do anything else. Went to an O2 store who tried a restore but did not work.

still can't do anything with the phone.
