Aliases on imported patches broken

I have between 100 and 200 patches on harddisk with sounds, loops etc. that I use on stage.

It is impossible to have every patch in the concert at the same time. So I have to load a patch seconds before the next song.

Those patches use aliases of Piano, Bass, String etc., samplebased instruments.

Now in 3.2 suddenly the aliases can't find their originals and install new original instruments. This takes too much time between the songs.

I have to, again, switch back to MS 3.1.1, that I fortunately could find on a timemachine backup.
