I want to sync my two iphones with one laptop, How to do that

iPhone 5s, Windows 10, and Iphone6

I not sure that I understand what the problem is. I have 5 iOS devices that I sync with my iTunes library. Just sync both phone like you sync if you only had one phone. Do what you always do. You don't have to change anything in the sync settings, unless you want different content on each phone. If you do, then select the content that you want on that particular device and sync,
