iPhone 6S issues

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 6S and it has been a nightmare. Problem after problem. My iMessage doesn't always work, reminders aren't functioning properly. I will set a reminder and when I set the date and time it will never save it. Photos are disappearing. People are texting me and I never get them. I've called apple multiple times and each time it's made the problems worse. I've restored phone, I've reverted back to original settings. Shut the phone down. Nothing fixes it. So frustrating. Has anyone else been experiencing similar problems.

Hi

We have 2 iPhone 6s.

When we got them from our phone shop because they were shipped with ios 9.0

We were told to set them up as new iphones.

Then download ios 9.0.2

Then restore back to factory settings& set back up using software backup

Over our WiFi .

This worked and now we have no problems.

I would put back to factory settings & set back up over your WiFi .

Since you phone is brand new you should not be dealing with these issues, you paid good money for it. Rather than attempting to fix it yourself which may work or not, I would just take it back to the Apple Store and ask them to fix it or give you a new one. Good luck.
