Kernel Panic macbook pro 9.2 troubleshooting

I have the following crash which happens daily and also when booting in Safe mode, updated to latest OS X el capitain, still the same.

Swapped memory, no difference.

When booting in safe mode I can see the screen flickering before getting login window. Is this normal?

Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?

I have the following kernel extensions installed:

ACS6x.kext CalDigitHDProDrv.kext
ATTOCelerityFC8.kext HighPointIOP.kext
ATTOExpressSASHBA2.kext HighPointRR.kext

ATTOExpressSASRAID2.kext PromiseSTEX.kext

ArcMSR.kext

Thanks for your feedback.

I ran diagnostics 5 times and extended diags and no errors showed up.

I'm restoring OSX from time machine backup onto a new SSD disk just to see if this solves the issue.

I've been told that this macbook had already the logic board replaced and crashes were still happening. At the time Apple recommended replacing the RAM, which I did.

I don't think removing the extensions is helpful too.
