ICloud not recognize my credit card payment source as valid. How do I get my card recognized?

ICloud not accepting credit card as payment since last upgrade. No change in card information but not processing card as acceptable payment - get message that card information not correct and does not match bank information for card even though it is the correct data. Same card used for all purchases without any problem. How do I get payment correctly recognized?
