6s SoC

Hello,

I've bought an iPhone 6s during the launch at Oberhausen. Apparently there are two different manufactures for the SoC in the iPhones, Samsung and TSMC. The first one is build on a smaller procede, which is probably technically speaking awesome. The latter has a bigger size, but it runs more effectively, a full 100% to 0% has a different runtime of 1hour and 45 minutes. That is Samsung does 6:05 and TSMC 7:50. That is an increase of 25%.

My question is, since I have an iPhone with a Samsung SoC, am I allowed to trade my phone for a TSMC one? The difference are tremendous.
