I was having problems when I update to ISO 9, but now after the newest update. I can't send iMessages to people with iPhones. They keep going through as regular text messages. I'm connect to wifi. I've turned messages off and on, reset the network and it still doesn't work. So glad I didn't update my ipad as it's the only way I can send messages unless I use my cell data. This is getting ridiculous!

Having the same exact problem. I've reset everything, yet iMessage only works sparingly. I have sent messages and they'll only be sent hours later. Not sure what to do to fix it.

I don't know how to fix it either. I tried to reset everything again, and turn it off and on again. Very frustrating!! I waited couple days for this update to be out and I thought it make it better, but nope!
i am having the same issue I update when it first came out and the issue just started last night. People are getting my
messages it's just not showing me that it has been delivered. I have the send as SMS feature turned off on my phone it doesn't try to send the message as a text. indid however send a picture to someone last night and it sent as a iMessage (didn't say delivere) they received it and I noticed that it had not sent so I pushed it through as a SMS and they ended up getting it twice.
This has helped! I don't see any delivery of the messages, so I hope they are going through. I did have to delete the messages to the people that had iPhones that were only sending in green. They did start going through as far as I can tell. We'll see.
This is becoming more and more frustrating. It works with certain people. I thought it had corrected with the person I was seeing it most with and then it went back to sending green sms messages. 😟
I Am having the same issue and now i am having it were my fiancé is sending me stuff and am not getting it. I have powered down my phone and I have turned on and off my iMessage and it still turns green and never blue with a delivered sign
