Is it possible to enable zoom in setting up new Mac and the Login screen?

Hi,

I am a visually impaired person but I don't use VoiceOver but use Zoom a lot.

I always have trouble on reading the screen every time I setup a new Mac or restoring, since everything is so small to read but Zoom gesture (option+scroll-up) not working there and I don't know VoiceOver. So I only have two options at that moment, 1: ask someone for help 2. Take pictures of the screen and guest what you can move and click on screen.

Is here a way to use zoom there?
