Why hasn't my storage been upgraded on the annual plan?

I'm on the 20GB annual plan, which has renewed on 1st Oct to the same annual amount (£7.49) but my storage hasn't increased in line with the Apple price changes to 50GB. I've heard others on annual payment have been upgraded, why haven't I
