Q: Can't resume download after pausing it
Have a mid-2012 15 inch Macbook Pro. Running Yosemite right now. Tried to upgrade to El Capitan, however download takes a long long time. So I paused it and was unable to resume thereafter. It indicates as waiting. Not sure how to restart upgrade. Maybe it is not the right time to do so now, saw some bad reviews about it.
Anyway, anyone know how to restart the upgrade?

Hi ElfstoneSG,
I see that you are trying to install El Capitan, but are running into some issues. I’m not sure which window you are looking at when seeing the “Waiting” message. If this is the El Capitan installer, then you might try deleting the installer package, then going to your past purchases in the Mac App Store and redownloading the El Capitan installer:
