Can not view the edge of enlarged photos

In the latest version of iOS, I can not view the edge of enlarged photos in the photo app. When I try I scroll to the edge, it simply show me the next/previous photo.

I found this issue on all updated iOS devices, including iPhone 6S, 5S, and the first generation of iPad Air. Is there any way to fix it?
