i need help my iphone wont say deliver on the bottom when i send a imessage but the person i text get the message but i want to know that it got delivered how can i fix? it was working fine before

There are some others reporting that the issue seems to occur when you iMessage someone on an older iOS - 7 or previous - three options
1. Request your contacts to upgrade to the latest iOS
2. Wait for a fix from Apple
3. Add - "please reply with OK" at the end of your message

I'm having the same problem! This started yesterday and it's still happening today. It'll send as iMessage but won't say delivered but they answer it and then it sends as a text message. It's driving me nuts. Is there a fix for this?!
it happen to me yesterday too i know how you feel its been making me crazy . so far i havent find out whats going on to it
Ugh so frustrating. Let me know if you find out why this is happening. I might try reverting back to an earlier iOS

i called Apple i was on the phone with them for a 1hour they did not help, but if i find anything ill tell you soon as i can. i saw that i dont get how that can happen to everyone in one day.
