mail notification bug / notfication can't be confirmed

I'm using ios 9.0.2 with 4 email accounts on an iPhone 6. Sometimes the mail notification can't be confirmed or removed from the pull down notification center.

It stays there until I reboot the iPhone and then it's gone. This also sometimes occurs with some other notifications from other apps, but mostly with the mail notifications.
