Since updating to iOS 9 I've been locked out of my iPad. It keeps asking for the passcode but it has never been set with one and wasn't set up after update. Has anybody else experienced this issue? :-/

At some point someone entered a passcode for the device. IOS 9 does not set a passcode by default. You can reset the passcode by using the following link.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
