I really need help on this it says purchased but it does allow me to get it from the cloud I would appreciate all the help you can give me thank you.

On your iPod Touch you should (for the music that is still in the store, and if you haven't moved countries since buying it) be able to redownload it via the Purchased tab in its iTunes store app.
On your computer's iTunes go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage, or you click on your name/icon towards the top right of iTunes and then click Purchased on the popup :
i cant retrieve my music from the cloud ever since they updated i had nothing but issues
