after updating iso9.0.2 i cant backup my contacts to icloud how can i solve this

i have iphone 5 16gb which was given me as a gift from my son with storage capacity of 5gb i have updated my phone with iso9.0.2,but after updation i cant complete my backup to icloud so would you please resolve my problem of backup.......
