Deleting website data within iOS9.0.2 on iPad3

I am unable to delete ALL website data within the new iOS9.0.2.

I can remove some of it by clicking the "Clear History and Website Data" button under Settings, Safari, but not all.

i can remove some of the remaining history/ data manually by clicking "Remove All Website Data" under the "Advance" menu, but not all.

i can also remove some of the remaining data individually under the "Advanced" / "Edit" buttons, but not all.

I can remove most of the remaining history/data, by rebooting and repeating the steps above, but there are still some history & data caches that won't delete.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any suggestions on how to remery this?
