My iPhone 4S only charges when it's off.

Hi everyone !

My iPhone's been messing around for a while. It's still under iOS7; when I plug it in to a computer, it doesn't recognise my iPhone UNLESS IT IS OFF. Same for when I want to charge it normally! I have to shut it down.

Help! What can I do?
