Can't complete registration

Hi! I'm kinda new..tried to signup with Apple already created Apple id but not accepting my card it say "contact Apple store"

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then have you done so ? If not (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Thanks for the response but i already done that and i was passed to 3 people last was a supervisor and told me they will just have to call me within 2 bizdays..issue not resolve though..stuck with a gadget that i cant even use
