How do I create a check list on Notes with IOS 9?

I can see how on my Mac but I do not see any way to create a check list on my iPad or my iPhone.

Bobseufert - thanks a bunch. The dummy here did not ever pull the top of the keyboard up and look there.

You're welcome. It's a new feature and as such needs a little getting use to. My second screen shot is missing so I'll post it again.
