Q: Huge amount of other storage (30GB), vastly varying photo storage size on sync

Hi all,

I have a problem with my iPhone (128GB) in that when I sync, I am rapidly running out of hard drive storage.

The other storage generally stays consistent at a rather large circa 30GB and the photoes storage changes at each sync between 31GB and 2GB. I have spoken to Apple Care Senior Advisors. They generally fain interest and concern for an hour and "send things to the engineers" and now I'm on my 3rd Senior advisor who has never got back to me since sending data/screenshots to the engineers, despite numerous emails/voicemails from my end.

I've tried restoring my phone, having a new handset etc.

I am running a 2008 MacBook, running Yosemite 10.10.5 and have an iPhone 6 running iOS 9.0.2

So I'm appealing to wider Apple community to help me please!
