Does Anyone Have the Following Problems?

1. Text Replacement freezing
2. Text Message freezing
3. iPad or iPhone 6 freezing
4. Do you have to hold the power and home buttons to restart your device

This is the problem that I have since the new iOS 9.0.2 update. It actually started with the iOS 9
