MAck Book storage upgrade
I Have a Mac book pro 13" late 2013 4GB memory and 128 Storage, I need to clean the cache is full and upgrade the Storage, what should I do? and wich storage I need to buy?

The only place that I know of that sells SSDs for your model MBP is iFixit.com. They have installation instructions and they are expensive.
Note that if you have Applecare, that will void that program if you install a different SSD..

You will need to temporarily delete some files (possibly applications) to free up some space on your computer. Once you have done this, download the version of OnyX for your Mac OS at http://www.titanium.free.fr/onyx.html
You can use it to delete the cache files on your Mac. This should free up some space for you.
